I’ve been busy with the dog 4H kids competing in the Caribou county fair. They have worked so hard over the last 4 months in learning how to work with an animal and teaching them tricks. It’s always bitter sweet for me because I really try my hardest to show them how cool having a dog is. So proud of these guys ❤️🥰🐾

Meet Milo!
Age: 5 years old
Breed: Shepherd mix
S*x: Neutered Male
Medical issues: working on weight loss
Vaccine status: UTD

Milo is looking for his forever home, he will do best with an experienced handler that can provide him with what he needs. Since having Milo he’s learned how to walk on the leash better, enjoy ball tug games, and learning to react better to other dogs and cats. He is currently in muzzle training and ecollar training. He loves water and spending time outside. He is kennel trained.

Milo does not do best with small children, his previous home was going to euthanize him due to his prey drive. We are working on redirecting that prey drive into ball play and he’s doing amazing at it!

Dolly and Nala have finished a whole month of Walk & Train!

Here’s what they learned:

Nala would be very reactive when she saw another dog and would get very excited when she saw people. She’s learned to walk better on a leash, not react to dogs and be polite when people pass by. Way to go Nala!

Dolly is very timid and shy, her confidence has grown tremendously and feels really confident on her walks. She used to pull super hard to get away from anything that seemed scary.

They did awesome and excited for their journey to continue!

Took Milo out for an adventure walk/train. He did so well and loved getting in the water to cool 😎 down.

Milo’s 2 weeks of training with me is in 2 days. He will be up for adoption after that. If you are interested in Milo please reach out!

We have some great news!

HOOLIGAN has been adopted! His new family is so excited! They are finishing up with their house so they will have him in boarding until then.

His new family includes 1 super cute kitty, an inspiring dog groomer mom, and a very active dad!

The meet and greet went well and can’t wait for his new chapter to begin.

His new family has been seeing his posts multiple times and knew he was the dog for them.
