✨ Our Pooch Parade has been rescheduled for this Friday, June 13th 5-7pm!! ✨

🛍️ Downtown shops will be open late
🐾Pet related vendors will line the streets with giveaways and raffles
🍧Food & Drink will be available!
🏆Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed, Congeniality Award, & Best of Show

🐶 Bring your well behaved, leashed pooch and join us in strutting around downtown!

❌ Line up will be at 5pm in front of Saavy Scrubs!

Well, Mother Nature won this round.

Dogs & thunder do not mix and unfortunately the rain has not eased up as we had hoped.

Please keep watching for updates. We are definitely going to reschedule and hope you all can still make it!

We’re not scared of Tennessee weather!
The parade must go on!! ☀️

West Main will be closed off at 4pm

🐾 Dogs will line up at 5pm in front of Saavy Scrubs- you will be given a number
🦮Parade will begin soon after

🗳️If you would like to vote, DeKalb Animal Shelter will be selling tickets for $1 at their table. Buy and vote as many times as you’d like. Awards will be given for the following:
🏆Best Dressed
🏆Mr/Mrs Congeniality
🏆Best of Show

Rocky Jane's will have party favors for the pups inside their store- make sure to come see us! Your votes will also go into a raffle to win some goodies from RJ’s! 🐶

Awe Doggie Bites will be set up with their yummy treats and is donating a doggy cake for one of our awards! 🎂

DeKalb Animal Clinic will be joining us to mingle and give out information!

Molly's Pampered Paws will be set up and will be doing a drawing for an awesome gift basket! 🎀

Come with an appetite because Sweet T's BBQ & Catering Services and Central Ice Shack will be joining us!! 🍧

Button Willow is serving up some new delicious summery recipes!🧋

Cheryl’s is going to have live music tonight inside their restaurant! 🎸

The Purple Door has a special guest and will doing a drawing for some great gift items for your pooch! 🐾

The Attic on West Walnut has some unbelievable sales going on this weekend! 💥

The Male Room Brotique has 20% off selected items 🥸

Come see Awe Doggie Bites downtown Smithville on Friday, June 6 for the parade! Bring your animal in their best dressed attire for a change to win some wonderful prizes from Rocky Jane's ! Many of the downtown businesses will be open for the Shop Late Local event. We will be there with different treats. We will have a few new treats: Blueberry Apple Waffles as well as pup ice cream bars! Be sure to come get one for your pup to cool off after the parade! We will also be donating a Blueberry Apple pup cake with icing and honey drizzle for one lucky dog to win!!! 🐾
