🚨🚨A little bit of background on me and HG Horseshoeing ‼️‼️
Growing up in Comonfort, Guanajuato, Mexico, I learned to shoe horses from my dad and grandpa. I moved to the US when I was 19 and worked with Arabian horses for many years, which taught me to be very sensitive to horse behavior and work with them, not against them. I attended the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Purcell, Oklahoma, which gave me an in-depth knowledge of the internal workings of the horse’s hooves and movement. After graduation, my wife and I opened HG Horseshoeing LLC in 2012 and later earned my APF-I from the IAPF. I have never apprenticed or worked under another farrier, although I have helped others out as a contractor when they needed extra support or help.
