With turkey season this Friday I want to remind everyone that I am taking in SOME turkey mount customers.
I do NOT do full bird mounts. However I DO do fans, fans with plaques, beards wings and legs!
I also can do turkey skulls!
I’m also taking on 5 total feather art custom pieces this year.

Please remember your trophy only comes out as good as you take care of it! Preventing flopping birds will save damaged zippers on your feathers.

I’ve been hiding a little secret.
I’ve been putting this little fella together for the NY show. I would have done even better had I not done all my finish work the morning of the deadline 🙄
That’s alright, it’s all stuff I can redo, I’ll strip it and do it the right way for New Englands show.
To which I have another little secret I’m bringing there.
Till then I’ll continue getting my loyal customer trophies out the door.

***I had some people message me wondering what the awards were, so here’s what each ribbon is for.

I went out on a limb with this buck, alternating the manikin from a straight upright shoulder mount 7.1/4x16 to a 15 with a neck turn, head raised and installed my mouth cup. Allowing the judges to hammer me on more things than if I went with an out of the box form. ***

This fella was a fun one! Tore all up from fighting!
