Happy Father’s Day to the Dog Dads!

They said, “Who’s rescuing who?” and honestly… we’re still not sure.

Today we’re celebrating the dads who:

• Never come home without fur on their clothes.
• Share their beds with snoring rescue dogs.
• Say, “We’re not getting another dog,” and then become best friends with the new foster.
• Know that every wag, kiss, and muddy paw print is worth it.

To all the amazing rescue dads, foster dads, and dog dads who open their hearts to animals in need…

You may have rescued us, but you became our whole world.

🥒🐾 PICKLES & PAWS IS TOMORROW 🐾🥒

Somewhere between a pickle festival and a puppy adoption event, someone said:
“You know what this needs? More dogs.”
And honestly… they were right.

Come hang out with the pups of Hope For Cleo Animal Rescue and a whole bunch of other amazing rescues and their adorable puppers at Pickles & Paws tomorrow at:

💚 controlled puppy chaos
🐾 lots of tail wags

We could REALLY use a few extra volunteers tomorrow to:
• walk larger dogs
• help in the puppy pens
• assist at the Hope For Cleo booth
• talk to potential adopters
• help collect donations & spread rescue info

Sometimes things come together at exactly the right moment… just like rescue dogs finding the humans they were always meant to love.💙🐾

Last night’s Puppy Yoga at Great South Bay Brewing  with was once again a beautiful blend of stretching, inner peace, and complete puppy lawlessness.

Somewhere between downward dog and savasana:
• one puppy attempted to steal a yoga mat
• another became emotionally attached to a shoelace
• at least three decided yoga class was actually WWE
• and one tiny criminal tried to join a stranger’s purse collection

Honestly, the pups gave 110% chaos-to-cuteness ratio and we could not be more grateful to everyone who came out to support them. 🐶🧘‍♀️🍻

Thank you to all the yoga lovers, dog lovers, puppy snugglers, accidental puppy referees, and human chew toys who attended. The rescue pups appreciate you more than you know.

Another transport mission complete… and this one came with muddy paws, tired eyes, wagging tails, and a whole lot of heart.
This trip brought us all the way to Delaware to help bring more rescue pups to safety, and we are beyond grateful for the incredible people who helped make it happen.

A HUGE thank you to our two absolute angels who were 2 amazing woman that just loved animals jumped right in to help wash, dry, clean, comfort, and love these pups after transport. Anyone in rescue knows the post-transport chaos is REAL… dirty wet puppies, nervous babies, towels everywhere, shampoo explosions, barking, zoomies, accidents, exhaustion 😅 and we truly could not have done it without you both.
And of course, endless gratitude to Dog Is My CoPilot for another amazing transport mission. These lifesaving flights change everything for so many dogs who would otherwise never get this chance.

Now the real work begins… supplies are disappearing fast.

We desperately need help restocking for all of the new arrivals:
