It is OK to not be OK. None of us is going to live a life when we wake up with a Perma smile on our face and it last throughout the day unless we are as fake as a decaf espresso! Life is not meant to be like that, if we do not ever find ourselves in valleys, how do we appreciate the peaks and the beauty of life, just like the beautiful sunset that I am looking at right now. It is not reality to expect to have good days every day of your life, it just is not. Your perception is your reality, you’re the author of your own story. Whether you want to make it positive or negative, that is up to you every single moment of every single day of your life. Lately I’ve been choosing to focus on the negative and I’m making a conscious decision right now to flip that script, I hope you will too.

Tell your story!! In addition to helping you, it’s got the power to help others who believe they must suffer alone b/c no one else will understand. You could LITERALLY be saving the life of someone by telling your tale - it doesn’t have to necessarily be on social media, but remove that burden that you’ve shouldered for so long!
