Good morning!
I will also send this out in a text message to clients but there have been a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows since the beginning of March. I will have to enforce my no show and last minute cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding!
🐾Please cancel or reschedule your appt within 48 hours of appointment time. If you are unable to do so, a $25 fee will be applied per dog for that appointment. This will be sent through a text invoice and will need to be paid immediately.
🐾No shows will be charged for the entirety of missed appointment as no opportunity was given to fill that appointment time. This charge will be sent through text invoice and due immediately.
I pay every month for a service to send multiple reminders for every appointment. One is sent 3 days prior to appointment and another sent 24 hours prior to appointment.

Hey everyone!
I am back at work!
Just a couple of things:
Due to being a little bit slower, I am not grooming as many dogs per day for the next couple of months. So I will schedule your next appt when you check out to keep a little more control over how many are scheduled each day.
The other change is March 1st there will be a price increase on grooming and bathing.
This happens about every year due to the increasing costs of products and equipment.
$5 increase on dogs under 25 lbs
$10 increase on dogs over 25lbs

Hi everyone! I hope everyone has enjoyed the snow!
So as of right now, my plans are to return back to work next Tuesday 2/10. I have an appointment with my surgeon on Monday 2/9 to make sure I am cleared to return to work. If you have an appt next week you will begin to receive reminders Saturday or Sunday.
Please be patient with me. I will be returning slow and some larger dogs may have to wait a bit longer due to lifting restrictions.
My goal is to return to work but as safely as possible as not to re-injure myself.

Edit: I will not be scheduling any appointments until after 2/9 unless you are already on the schedule with an appt. This is just so if I am not cleared to work, I won’t have to go back and reschedule.

***Please note as previously stated before I left for my surgery that I felt like the easiest way to return to work and not be overwhelmed was to keep everyone on their existing standing appointment schedule.
So if you weren’t on a permanent standing schedule every 4-8 weeks, and you are needing an appointment, this may take some time but I will get your pups in, I promise.

Thank you for being so patient. I am so ready mentally to return to work. I feel physically I can meet most of the physical needs of grooming. But the larger dogs may have to wait a few more weeks.

Hello my beautiful clients! I hope everyone is doing well! I had my post-op visit with my surgeon yesterday and everything is going well and in the right direction 🥰
I will be out another 4 weeks to continue healing.
I should be back the week of 2/10 pending my last visit to my surgeon on 2/9. I do not foresee any hiccups in my recovery. I’m being very careful!
I miss every one of my sweet pups so much and can’t wait to be back in full strength!

Surgery went well yesterday and I’m home resting and healing. I wish everyone a Happy New Year and will keep y’all updated on my return date! 🐾

My dear clients,
As most if not all of you know, I will be having a surgical procedure done on my lower back on 12/30. This will keep me out of work for about 6 weeks. I only wanted to post here in case I missed letting someone know. The support and encouragement I have received is so very appreciated! This is something that I need to have done so I can continue doing the work I love! I will miss seeing you and your precious pets while I’m out! Feel free to reach out with any questions while I’m away. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
