LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

I do understand things come up that are beyond your control but without at least a 24 hour notice that you can’t make your scheduled appointment, I do charge a $25 cancellation fee. This is a loss of income for me as I do not have time to fill your appointment time with another client. There is also a no show charge of your entire appointment if you do not cancel your appointment at all. I send out multiple reminders for upcoming appointments. Not calling or texting to cancel your appointment will result in being charged the full price for your missed appointment. Unfortunately, these policy’s are strictly being applied due to recent issues. Thank you for your understanding!

Good morning everyone!
Please note starting March 1st 2025, there will be a price increase on services. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible. Increase will be $5 on dogs under 50 lbs and $10 on dogs over 50 lbs. Price increase may vary slightly so if you have any questions or concerns please text me at 919-518-4612.

Effective immediately until after Christmas, all cancellations will require a 48 hour notice to avoid cancellation fee of $25. I need time to fill that empty slot. It’s our busiest time of the year folks! If no notice is given at all, this will require immediate payment of your full grooming service that was booked. Thank you for understanding!
