I will also send this out in a text message to clients but there have been a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows since the beginning of March. I will have to enforce my no show and last minute cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding!
🐾Please cancel or reschedule your appt within 48 hours of appointment time. If you are unable to do so, a $25 fee will be applied per dog for that appointment. This will be sent through a text invoice and will need to be paid immediately.
🐾No shows will be charged for the entirety of missed appointment as no opportunity was given to fill that appointment time. This charge will be sent through text invoice and due immediately.
I pay every month for a service to send multiple reminders for every appointment. One is sent 3 days prior to appointment and another sent 24 hours prior to appointment.
