Our last saddle club meeting was a huge success and we’re so proud to announce to announce we have SIX new members!
Last meeting, club members got to ride two different horses, learn how to groom a horse in detail, and got a seminar on equine nutrition. As a final activity, teams got together for a meal relay race, where they got to race other teams putting together a meal for a horse.

For riders of all experience levels, and suitable for total beginners. Ages 7-12

Come celebrate at Genesis Equestrian Center!

Genesis Horse Parties are perfect for:
✅ Middle school graduation
✅ Birthdays of all ages
✅ work outings/ team building
✅ girls day out
✅ Bachelor or Bachelorette evening out

Guest of all ages can enjoy:
-a meal in our beautiful barn surrounded by four legged friends
-experience riding one of our amazing horses

PLUS, and additional activity of your choice is included!

Additional activities can include: arts and crafts/ canvas painting, paint-a-pony, hay rides, a photo booth with lots of costumes for people and horses, and many more!

WE PROVIDE:
Accommodations for up to 20 guests
Venue and decor
~2 hours of party time
Seating, tables, plates, cutlery

YOU PROVIDE:
Food/ dessert
Drinks
A fun group of guests!

We have all the amenities necessary for a great party including bathroom facilities, a kitchen with two refrigerators, microwaves, and plenty of fans for hot days.

‼️AWESOME NEW OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR KIDS INVOLVED WITH HORSES‼️

Genesis Equestrian Center teamed up with Mackenzie Durbin (Salmur Equestrian Arts), an extremely accomplished Icelandic horse trainer from Henry County, to bring alive our GENESIS SADDLE CLUB 🐎💚

This program is perfect for riders ages 7-12 to form bonds with other riders in the community, learn essential horse care information, TAKE LESSONS on a wonderful group of lesson horses, and even take FIELD TRIPS!
The GSC is for riders of all experience levels, and we plan to have a monthly or 2x monthly meeting.

This is a perfect way to enter the horse world, or use as a supplement to lessons! SPOTS WILL FILL FAST!!

It occurred to me the other day…. We’ve officially lived all four seasons out here at Genesis. Sometime between the heart break of this spring and the exciting new adventures of this summer, I forgot to take time to sit with the fact that we did it. We made it the first year. For many reason, as you all know, I know last year will always be my hardest. I am so excited for the future equipped with my amazing community of supporters, the most angelic lesson horses on this planet, Christopher Bigshove Shover for whom there aren’t enough words in the English language to express my love and appreciation for, and most important all those that are here week after week and honor me with the privilege of sharing this incredible animal with you. 1 one year, many mess ups, many more victory’s, and the family who lived it all with me.🥂💚

We are celebrating the arrival of a new horse this week, and I’d like to give my sincerest congratulations to Miss Elizabeth Clayton who is the proud owner of Nepoti, whom she’s decided to call Ne-yo ❤️ He is a 2019 model Thoroughbred who was deemed too slow and lanky for the track, which means he’ll make a fantastic hunter for Elizabeth. On top of that he has the personality of a golden retriever; we simply could not have done better. I’m so proud of this girl and the hard work and persistence it took to get to this place. I hope all her dreams for him come true! (And I can’t wait to see how much he grows, he’s only 3 folks!)
