NO court tomorrow

9/16/2026 @ 9:00 am - Felony Court Date

10/20/2026 @ 9:00 am - Misdemeanor Court Date

Just to keep everyone in the loop. My docket call for tomorrow has been rescheduled. They got a continuance for the felonies like they did the misdemeanors so next month should be pretty busy. But everything is looking good.

Darla's attorney has asked for a continuance and she will not be in court tomorrow for anyone that was planning to attend. I will update once I have more information.

Thank you to everyone who has been showing their support and standing behind Darla, she greatly appreciates each and every one of you more than you know.

Just to let everyone know,

Hi, DARLA CHERRY, quick reminder that you have an upcoming court date on 08-19-2026 09:00 AM for PRE-TRIAL HEARING at GONZALES COUNTY.

People have been asking if they should show up in support, but I just don’t know how this all works.
I guess we will see what happens now. I believe they have a choice to drop the whole case.

I just got an update to my court dates.
I just learned that the Docket call on my felony charges will be on Tuesday August 25 at 9:00 am and my date still stands on the Misdemeanor charges on Wednesday August 19 9:00 am.
I’m still very confused how these people are getting this done but we are here and Justice and the truth will prevail.
I thank you again for all your love, support and prayers. Your belief in me is what keeps me strong.
