So it's not excessive neediness... it's love! 💕 😂

Who's getting puppy fever?! Khodi went into heat today, about a month and a half ahead of time ( avg. every 6mo ) SO, possible puppies mid Oct with a take home date near Christmas!! Let me know if you want on the waiting list as it's filling fast! I don't take deposits until births but people on my waiting list get first dibs. This will be Khodi and Jack's LAST litter as Khodi turns 5 in January!
Oakleigh turns 2 in January so plan to start her OFA/genetic testing for possible breeding, but also need to find a suitable stud :)

Khodi has her staples out and is all healed up :) I checked into some pet insurance companies, Pumpkin seems to be the best coverage for the price!

Oakleigh passed her TDI test back in February to become a certified therapy dog. We got kind of busy with puppies and summer but finally made it out to our 1st visit! She did great, so calm and gentle! Taking her to a children's music program on Saturday which I know she will love! 💕

Needless to say, Khodi is a hot mess :( She had some fluid build up from twisting/running/ jumping/ playing too much. It's hard to keep mama still with another one who misses her playmate! Anyways, got that drained yesterday so hopefully on the mend!

Since Oakleigh and Khodi both have had to have surgery on items being swallowed and getting stuck I've been thinking about pet insurance. Does anyone use a certain company that would cover/ or reimburse these things? Surgery, anesthesia, meds?
