Horse show #3 in the books for the SVVD Team! Our first time traveling to the beautiful Otter Creek! Brad Cutshall came to school everone and I took a rare opportunity to be just a client this weekend! Laura & Davina and Claire & Shelby made their 3rd level debuts!Claire & Rio broke into the 70% range at Training level. Nero and I had a very consistent weekend at 3rd & 4th levels! With heat and air quality advisories I was so proud that he really stuck with me! 9 tests in 2 weeks is a lot! Super excited that Michelle Jensen came along and had some excellent 1st level tests! A VERY special thank you to Aaron Van Voorst… I can’t even begin to list all the the things he did for me this weekend! 😘 Thanks babes!!

SVVD had an excellent time at Midsummer Dressage show! Nero and I increased our 3rd and 4th level scores from the last show! He warmed up excellent all the days but got strong in the tests but we were able to work through it and by Sunday ended on a solid 67% at 3-3 with plenty of room for improvement! Laura Blankenship and Davina earned both of her 2nd level scores for her bronze and now off to 3rd level! Ava Schanzenbach was also an honorary member of the SVVD crew this weekend! It was super fun to hang out with her and her parents and watch her success with both her horses! On to Otter Creek in a couple of weeks!

Excellent first show of the 2025 season for SVVD! Nero made his 4th level debut and ended up Open 4th Level Champion for the weekend. We were also 3rd Level Open Reserve Champion! Claire and Rio made their showing debut and Laura and Davina made their 2nd Level Debut! Both pairs improved greatly over the weekend!

Show #2 in the books for SVV Dressage! Unfortunately Nero was not himself and we scratched both days. Hopefully with a little R&R he will be good as new! Claire’s mare was a bit of a challenge on Saturday but came with her game face today. Robin had 3 very consistent, lovely 3rd level rides and earned her bronze medal 🥉!
