UPDATE! A rescue decided to take Dempsey and he made the transfer today. We’re sad to see him go but also happy he was rescued!!

Everyone meet Dempsey! He’s a 12-year old beagle who was picked up as a stray on White Horse Rd and wound up at Greenville County Animal Care. Dempsey is about 20 lbs overweight and is on a diet & exercise program to lose that weight and get healthy! Some of you may be familiar with Rob Dempsey and his ministry at HIS Radio along with Rob’s Big Losers. Rob passed away unexpectedly last year, and we have named Dempsey in memory of him and his health journey that he shared with others. Dempsey is available for adoption - so be sure to share this with the beagle lovers in your life. Dempsey deserves a second chance!
