Most of the work is done and finishing touches are now being made. Interior paint, the fireplace/mantle, railings, shower tiles, etc. are all wrapping up this week and next. Next steps are floors, carpets, and appliances. Updated completion timeframe is mid June!! 🤞

I don't think I can begin to tell you how happy we all are for the way our entrance now looks. We had to deal with LG&E/KU for 8 months but the end result is beyond what we expected. We are thrilled with our new curb appeal. It really opened the farm to Conner Station. And our neighbor is cleaning around his lake which will make the drive in beyond beautiful!!! More to come on that.

Yay!! 🎊🎉 Stalls are complete! 🍾

We did the first 4 last year, finished the last 4 the last two weeks! First one took one day. 8th one took one hour 🤣. These city boys learned how to rebuild horse stalls... REALLY well I may say. Shout out to B for the help. We are just about ready for boarding opportunities 😲😁
