Our little Ms. Millie visited GGG, today and we can not say enough good things! Mackayla was so patient and compassionate with her, we have definitely found our groomer! Millie looks and smells amazing and she even put tiny bows on her ears! 😍

I also spent a few moments talking with the owner, she and her husband started the business because they had a beloved pup name Gemma that their daughter would groom in the garage. (The daughter is a groomer there too)

Even if you don't need a groomer, go check out their shop, it's super cute and they have several toys and treats to spoil your fur babies with!

We got a visit from two therapy dogs while at the hospital this week, and it made our day!

(One of our daughters has epilepsy and was being observed for seizure activity. It was a scheduled, routine visit and although we won't have the official results for a week, all is well so no worries!)

We just wanted to share the sweet babies we encountered and say how thankful we are that there are therapy dogs that visit to make the hospital a much friendlier, less stressful place.

This sweet baby is a stray being cared for by one of our clients who already has cats and is unable to bring this one inside. However, she is super sweet and deserves a loving home. She's comes up to both Chris & I, and would make a great companion.

This sweet pup and his big brother have been with us since the beginning of the year. Hank was just a little baby, but he's growing up fast!

His big brother loves to play tug-of-war and is a pro at catching toys mid-air.

It's too easy to love these boys! 🥰

We work almost every single day, no matter the holiday or weather ⛈️☀️❄️
Sometimes we have to say goodbye 🥺💔🌈

The truth is, we love what we do, but it's not always easy. We've been doing this for 3 years and have grown attached to almost a hundred pets. As you can imagine, we've had to say goodbye many times to babies that were close to our hearts, and it never gets easier.

On our way to a final visit this afternoon I had a thought. The only positive to pets having a shorter lifespan than us is that it gives us as pet parents the opportunity to love and care for many more fur babies that way. ❤️‍🩹

If you are one of those pet parents who have lost a baby (or two) please know we think and talk about them often, they won't be forgotten. 💓
