Finally saw tonight Ballarina. I enjoyed it. Made a lot of rubber guns on that show. Ana was good as an action star and hope they make another one.

Open the mold and out she comes.

As the process goes. You lay up two coats of a non-foam skin. Clean up all the edges that spill over. Let it harder so that when laying in the armature it doesn’t stick. String across at specific points and tie down the metal.

Here is what it looks like after you pour the rubber and close the mold. Lots of clamps. Don’t want that evil rubber getting out.
