Silverudd’s Blue (formally known as Isbar) are loved for laying pretty green eggs (sometimes speckled), being good foragers, and watchers of the sky. They come in BBS (Blue, Black, Splash), have dark soulful eyes, and a single comb. They are known for laying a good amount of eggs while being a smaller breed. We have two tested-homozygous roosters. We are also breeding our homozygous Silverudd's Bl

ue roosters over cream legbars and cuckoo marans to make sexlinks: SilverBars (previously called Ice Cream Bars have Legbar mamas, so the babies will lay an aqua egg and may have a crest) and SilverMars (Marans mama and lay a darker green egg). The Silverudd’s Blue and mixed egger chicks will be straight-run whereas the SilverBars and SilverMars are available as pullets.

The PNW rain stopped long enough to get some outside time and snap some pics! Blue Dark Brahma from a fundraiser hatch. Heritage Turkeys are a project color from Noisy Goose Farm. Barnevelders are from Diamond Dust Farm. Hatched a couple of splash Silverudd’s Blue babies.
