I’m posting this to my page in hopes that someone is in search an older Aussie. This isn’t one of my puppies.
This is the information that was given to me.
Appa is an Australian Shepherd born on March 5, 2025. He is a young, intelligent, energetic dog with all the wonderful qualities this breed is known for.
I'm looking for a home that can provide the structure, training, and daily activity he needs to truly thrive. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to provide the level of time, consistency, and enrichment that an Australian Shepherd requires. Because I care deeply about his well-being, I believe it is in his best interest to find a home that can meet his physical and mental needs.
Appa would do best with an experienced owner who understands herding breeds or on a farm or ranch where he can have a purpose and an active lifestyle. He has tremendous potential and will flourish with someone who is committed to continued training, exercise, and giving him a job to do.
Appa will also need to be neutered, and I hope his future family will be willing to have this done if it has not already been completed.
This is a very difficult decision, but my priority is finding Appa a safe, loving, and appropriate home where he can grow into the amazing companion and working dog he has the potential to become.
