Our Operating protocols during
COVID-19 will be as follows:
Clients call from parking lot upon arrival.
Team member will shuttle pet in and out of office
Clients are to remain in their cars
Conversations happen by phone as needed
Elective surgeries have been delayed
We will reserve appointments for urgent
and sick pet visits.
This will help to reduce human to human contact and
conserve PPE.
Please understand that we are doing everything possible
to keep you and our team safe during this difficult time.
