Hey, have you heard? It might snow.

We are planning to be here Friday. There is a strong chance we will be closed on Saturday, assuming the weather forecast holds. Please pick up your pet's medications or foods by Friday.

Be safe. Stay warm. Bring your pets inside so they are safe and warm too. If you see an animal without proper shelter, please try to help and let the proper authorities in your area know. It is going to be very cold!

Also wishing you good luck getting your Pyrenees' to come inside! (Speaking from past experience.) And your Huskies and Malamutes! Those guys LOVE snow and a brisk breeze but it will still be too cold for them to be out there exposed!

Who needs flea and tick control?
Everyone, but especially our cats that go outside or live with other pets that go outside. Ticks around here carry a terrible disease that has a high death rate called Bob Cat Fever, caused by a microscopic organism called Cytauxzoon felis that is transmitted by a tick bite. Have you seen any ticks this spring? We sure have.
