Dogs with short noses and thick coats can have heat strokes much faster than other dogs. 👀 Always have plenty of water when outside and don’t stay out too long in extreme heat, some of these babies just can’t handle it! 🐾🦮

Water-repellent Coat: Their double coat is not only beautiful but also functional! The outer layer repels water, while the undercoat keeps them warm and buoyant. Think of it as a double layered coat! The outer shell protects like a shield, while the inner layer helps keep us warm and is usually the thicker layer!🐕✨

Powerful Muscles: They have powerful hindquarters that provide the strength needed for swimming long distances. Those strong legs help them paddle with ease! Their muscles in their core, back and legs work together to keep them level in the water while swimming!💪🐾
