So some girl gave us a 1 star review, stating that her neighbors had their 2 dogs groomed by us. And making fun of them that they look like rats barking at her! Firstly maybe the owners of the dogs should be the ones making the review! Maybe the owners wanted them groomed short! I don't know because the owners are NOT the ones leaving the review or if they have a problem they should let me know! Not the neighbor! Just sayin!
And this is the kinda stuff small business's get ruined! Some people just can't mind their own business! And think this behavior is funny! It's not!

Dear 4 Paws Family! (Clients) I have held out as long as I can, but I have no choice! I have to raise our rate $5. The last raise was 5 years ago for $2. Then Covid hit and took its toll on everybody! The supplies went from 1 gallon of shampoo for $28 to now $58 for example!Our prices are still very reasonable for all that we offer for every groom. From the start 50 years ago I knew that this isn't a get rich business. I just want to keep and help a few people put food on the table and a roof over they're heads. And keep the doors open! I love grooming and the result of making happy and healthy pets! And deeply care for all of you and your families!
