It’s that time of year and it’s getting Hot outside.

We try to stick to a chart like the one below for walking doggies. We always check the weather report and make a plan.

For now until the weather decides to cool back down, I have taken dog walks off the schedule during the day. If you live in an apartment or your dog/dogs don’t like to potty unless on a walk we of course will take them outside. We will try to stick to the shade or grass and be quick.

These posts always make me so sad.
Over the last month some of the best pups have left us.

Selene with her toy. She was so sweet and gentle. Always excited to see you and get food! 🙂

Louis. Just a handsome sweet man, who adored his walks and pets.

Winnie. Picture of her getting loves. She had the kindest soul, and was always ready to snuggle!

To all their families, we thank you so much for allowing us to build a bond with these precious angels , for allowing us to love them. They all hold a special spot in our hearts.

Hey CC Fam.

I just wanted to let you know I had to put a new policy in place on our app that requires that you read it when you sign in and acknowledge you read it.

Typically this is not an issue. We have spoken with you our clients if someone possibly will be stopping by while we are at your house for a pet visit, or will be in the house. This doesn’t apply to you, we have communicated and everyone knows.

This is about friends or family stopping by while we are there and we do not know who they are or that they are coming by. Because they are comfortable with your home they let themselves right inside essentially scaring the crap out of your pet sitter.

This will not be tolerated at Creature comforts anymore, we will do the courtesy of letting you know they came by, because maybe you didn’t know they were going to. It is your responsibility to let them know you have a pet sitter and to please not come inside while the pet sitter is there.

If it continues we will contact your emergency contact and you to let you know we will not be continuing services that someone needs to come take care of the pets and you will still be charged for all services.

I hate to get so gruff about this, but it is a safety issue for your pet sitter who is alone in your house. It’s scary. And people need to understand that.

Hi Everyone!!

I just wanted to remind you all, just incase you have to stop working from home and return to in person office work. We are here for you and your babies. We can do midday potty, play, etc etc visits.

I honestly know how stressful it is to work from home for years and have to return to the office. My pets were a big worry. But we are here for you and them, if you need us!!

Pet sitting is an amazing job but the absolute worse part is when a clients loved pet passes.

On the left is Patches. He was a very old gentleman at 20 years old he lived a good loving life! His momma adored him! And we were blessed to help care for him.

On the right is Miss Emma. Emma made us work for her love. It took a while before she would even allow us to pet her, she came out of her shell and was so friendly and sweet!

We will miss both of these sweet babies.

I feel like Walmart or Target getting on basically decorating for Christmas and it’s not even Halloween! Lol.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner, don’t forget if you plan on traveling for the holidays to get those pet visits scheduled!
