We are a family here @ Elsassers.
Extended family of two of the pillars of our restaurant have today experienced massive positivity.
Cole Burgess has been signed to the NFL. The Cincinnati Bengals.
Doesn’t it sometimes seem like our hard work and dedication never pays off? Our dreams seem so far away! We put them off and run away from them in shame and fear.
Tonight, our family here at Elsassers is thrilled to congratulate Cole on his success! And also… to pay respects to his determination, focus, and patience. We are elated that a monstrous gift has been given to such a fine young man… and wish him the best on this incredible path… and thank him for lifting us all up in the process.
