Nothing’s gonna slow Flint down!

Flint is apart of a local rescue. He came to us with a sad backstory that led to his leg amputation, but is now recovering wonderfully and happily!

A dog who scratches through the night. A cat who over-grooms a patch of fur down to bare skin. These things are easy to write off as quirks, but they're often the clearest signal a pet can give us that they are uncomfortable.

🐱💚 Happy International Cat Day! 💚🐱

Today we’re celebrating the tiny toe beans, loud purrs, midnight zoomies, and “I definitely did not knock that off the counter” faces that make cats so special. 🥹

✨ A few fun cat facts:
🐾 Cats spend about 12–16 hours a day sleeping (honestly… goals).
🐾 A group of cats is called a clowder!
🐾 Cats have 5 toes on their front paws but usually only 4 on their back paws.
🐾 Every cat has a unique nose print, just like our fingerprints!
🐾 A cat’s purr can be comforting and may even help reduce stress. 💚

BAYLEE! 🤎

Baylee is a 15 year old labrador mix who is currently living the more glamorous retirement life (she’s definitely earned it!). Baylee is the definition of the bestest girl. She’ll let anyone do anything. Gets along with everyone. Lays very patiently for ultrasounds, radiographs, and blood draws - so not only is she a great companion, but a super easy patient for Dr. Barnes🐾🤎🤣.
