We know how hard it is leaving your fur baby overnight after surgery, but we make sure they get extra cuddles and a restful night. Baby Girl stayed with us after her surgery. She got extra cuddles and we were able to recheck her before she went home the following day. It's hard leaving them but it is a necessary first step in the recovery process.

Today we say see you later, not goodbye, to one of our most loved Veterinary Technicians. Maria began shadowing at SSAH nearly ten years ago and later joined our staff as a Vet Assistant. Throughout high school, and college at LA Tech and LSUS, Maria worked with us and has become one of our clients' favorite faces to see in the clinic! We will miss the love and care she gave each patient, her smiling face, and her family. Thank you Maria, Tyler, and Avey for being a part of the SSAH family. We wish you the best on this next adventure in California and hope to see you soon!
