If you don’t have a appointment please do not pull up in anyway without notifying me !!! If you didn’t contact me for a scheduled appointment and come by when I’m not available asking any worker for a spot I will ban you also, you will not throw my times off because you failed to schedule I have very simple rules please follow them,if you pull their and don’t contact the business phone or messenger or me personally then schedule as needed,but you cannot take someone else spot,

Hello,dpg family sorry for the wait,I just caught up with the free grooms,I have gotten the first sets out the way and will be choosing the next sets Friday,

Hello,dpg family the other day I spoke on banning clients that are rude and want to be ghetto as of today 16 have been banned what a lot of you don’t know is I don’t do this for money !!!!!!!!! If I did then guess what yall small yorkie grooms would be $65-$75 a groom without extra think im joking call around and price check, my grooms far lower when you stay on schedule they get even lower ! So for the ones that’s banned please stop inboxing me on other pages apologizing I’m not accepting you back once you talk to me crazy knowing I’m nice it gets real,some of the ones I banned literally couldn’t go elsewhere because the dogs didn’t like the place and bite etc or got banned form them as well I gave you a chance and I see why ! Don’t come over here with that I mean that in the most respectful way I’m not a franchise you get ghetto you gone !!!!!!!!!!

Now since all this has been going on for all my regulars I’ll have a grooming special coming in a few weeks called don’t get banned special to make light of these crazy situations groomers have to deal with, 2 free grooms will be added in the pit when you comment (I didn’t get banned) if you can like and comment then you here to stay all you have to do for a chance to cash in on a full free groom is comment now let’s have some fun since I cleaned up a little grooming special is for grooms only this time ! Starting Monday the first 2 people will be chosen, then the following week the next 2 until we hit 16 ! So basically 16 of you can get a free groom if you comment, and yes this is real ask my clients all my specials and giveaways are real ! Thank you and god bless the ones that’s not ghetto lol 😂

As of today I will be banning and blocking a lot of clients! Y’all think it’s ok to talk to people crazy and expect for them to treat you decent that is not how I will run my business, I talk to you with respect, if I make a mistake I offer discounts and free grooms ! My clients and regulars will tell you ! Talking to someone who cuts the cost of you’re groom,give free items i’m the only person in Shreveport that does specials and takes a hit because (small) grooms are actually $65 dollars without extras ! Here the price is far lower and more efficient and I do what I can to make sure yall babies stay fresh and feel good,and smell good,talking to me like I’m a rude person when I’m so nice in person actually makes me want to stop because if you speak to me rude I will return the energy I do not care some of you ghetto as hell, keep that energy at pet smart we don’t do that over here !!!!! To any of my new clients if I even come off rude you are welcome to not use my service I do not operate in that way, for all my regulars sorry a lot is about to change due to that ! Rant over when groomers have to come on here and express themselves because clients won’t stop being ghetto and disrespectful then it’s a problem,I’m not perfect no business is and I’m definitely not trying to act like that I do this alone!!!!! I take appointments, I groom and bathe etc all because people don’t actually like dogs the way I do I worked in plenty places and have seen it which is why I do it my way,my spirit is shot if I was unprofessional to any of you then i humbly apologize but 90 percent of my clients absolutely love me,
