Gronk prepping for his Therapy Certification Test visiting my dad. Exposure to elevator, walker, marble stairs and my dad! Therapy dogs provide invaluable comfort for senio citizens, patients and students. Dogs need to be at least one year old to be tested. There is no breed specifications just a calm temperament in novel environments.

Between the ears ! Dogs ear position gives us a lot of information. When dogs ears atmre stretched back they are opening them up to gather as much intel as possible. When their ears an pinned down they are frightened. A neutral position indicates a relaxed happy state.

Say hi to Midge. Midge has Progressive Retinal Atrophy. She has been loosing her sight over the past year. If you didn’t see her bandanna you probably wouldn’t know she is blind. We are teaching her cues, puppy, people, corner, to cue her as to what she will be encountering on our walks. She is a very fast learner !
