Are you a compassionate, organized team player who loves working with pets and their owners? We are looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team!
What You'll Do:
Greet clients, process incoming/outgoing patients, and manage payments.
Answer phone calls, answer questions, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and email.
Monitor and maintain a clean, welcoming client waiting area.
Document and maintain client and patient records in our practice management software.
Escalate complex matters to senior staff when needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
