We’re thrilled to announce our next Deck Night on August 23rd! What’s deck night? We offer homemade burger buns, homemade Big Mac sauce, a local steak/burger sampler & a sweet treat!

We’re rotating through collaborating with a few local small businesses to bring a fresh selection of delights to our community. It’s all about spreading the love and supporting our amazing local businesses. (If you are ever interested in a collaboration going forward - reach out!)

It’s and we’ll give almonds their moment. They shine in trail mix, on green beans, even as a pie garnish — but in a glass? Not so much.

So, we wrote a few lines to celebrate — sort of. 😉🥛

Oh almonds, today is your day.
It’s your time to shine.
So, take a moment — go on, it’s fine.

You swirl in lattes, you fill up a glass,
But let’s be honest, you’re mostly just mass.

Your protein is lacking, your calcium weak,
A watered-down version of dairy’s physique.

The science is clear, no need to stall
Dairy’s the winner — nutrition and all.

So, sip if you want but know what is true
Milk does it better — science says so, too.

About us.

American Wagyu beef is the result of cross breeding American cattle with Japanese Wagyu cattle. Our beef animals are raised alongside our dairy herd receiving the same feed and attention as the rest of our herd. With this symbiotic system, we see well finished animals. We take extra time for each of our animals to reach their maximum growth potential and intramuscular marbling, resulting in flavorful, tender and delicious beef.

Our meat is available at our farm in Shoreham and at Red Sky Farm, LLC in Orwell, Vt. We also can arrange sales for a half or a quarter of beef. Contact us for more info.
