Husky Haven Race Team - Kim Darst In 2009, Kim became the 1st New Jerseyan to race in the Iditarod. Kim is currently giving dog sled rides and presentations in Shingleton, MI.

Husky Haven Kennels offers traditional dog sled tours that you can drive the sled with an instructor or just enjoy the ride. If there is no snow we offer dryland tours on a side by side ORV. This narrated tour goes through the woods and explains the history of dog sledding. In addition to tours we do offer powerpoint presentations and kennel tours. Temperature has to be below 50 degrees for the ri

On the road again headed back to Michigan....did some flying early this morning which was good....weather is cooperating for now....give me a call if you want to chat and help keep me awake on this long 16 hour drive back....see you on the trail I hope!!
