Please everyone remember our Grooming Policy. We understand things happen but if you are unable to make your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to cancel.
Please understand that our time is valuable and please understand we have a lot of dogs to groom and a lot of people waiting to get in for an appointment.
If you no call/ no show your appointment, you will need to prepay for your next appointment plus you will be charged for half of the appointment that you did not attend. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our time is valuable, and we ask for your cooperation.
