Frankie was found distressed and covered in motor oil in a San Jose, CA mall parking lot. California Bully Rescue took him in, and a vet diagnosed him with a grade 4 heart murmur and Pulmonic Stenosis, which reduces blood flow to the lungs. Thanks to the rescue’s fundraising efforts and a medical grant from the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Frankie received life-saving surgery with an excellent prognosis.
