Spring is popping at the farm! Grateful for the George Fox University students who came by last weekend to help us plant 500 dahlias! Annual flowers are going in, the garden trellis is ready for plants, terrariums were made, tools sharpened and so much learning.

We are so excited to be gearing up for the Sherwood Farmers Market!

In addition to dahlias, fruit and vegetables, we will also have gifts made with the finest natural ingredients. (Jojoba, coconut oil, shea butter, tallow, bees wax, cocoa butter, vitamin E, essential oils)

Come check us out beginning in May!

Trying more new projects at the farm. Processing beef fat for tallow, harvesting and drying herbs, maintaining the chicken and goat habitats and even making butter with a 100 year old churn.

We practice skills, create cool stuff and enjoy friendship with others who are finding purpose at the farm.

Farm sparkle! A night filled with music, laughter, smiles and so much love. Children chose gifts for those on their list and wrapped them with care. The incredible volunteers truly create an atmosphere of joyful childhood development, a sense of purpose and belonging.

Let us count the ways volunteers SPARKLE at the farm!

The dahlias are being processed, 1000 garlic toes planted, garden beds cleaned out, a new deer fence is up around our big garden, new farm to table recipes being tried…
