*****Moving forward, Jill's Pampered Paws will be implementing a few new policies to ensure we can continue to provide your pets with the best possible grooming care:****
πΎ1. Please, be reachable by phone, and respond in a timely manner to texts or calls regarding your pet's pickup time. We always try to give a minimum of 30 minutes heads up prior to the completion of a groom, to allow clients to arrive in a timely manner and also to keep pets from having to wait long times in the shop after their grooms to be picked up by their humans. This keeps our days running smoothly for all!
πΎ2. While we absolutely appreciate everyone being so punctual, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment. Because we only work on one pet or client family of pets at a time, we do not allow multiple clients pets in the shop at once. Appointments are scheduled specifically to allow enough time between clients for the cleaning and sanitizing of work space and tools between pets, and preparation for the next client pet. Early arrival may mean that you will be asked to wait until your scheduled appointment time to enter, and from here forward, the shop door will be locked between drop off and pickup to prevent incidences. Please remember, one of the wonderful bonuses of grooming this way is the ability to cater to dogs especially that are not able to be socialized or safely in the presence of other pets, so adhering to this policy avoids potential problems. ***In addition to this, if you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late for an appointment without contacting us, your appointment is an automatic cancelation/reschedule as it interferes with the previously scheduled appointments for the day. We understand emergencies happen and will always try to accommodate.***
πΎ3. If you are unable to keep an appointment for any reason, that is ok! Please just let us know. We have a long list of clients waiting for a sooner or new appointment, and can fill the space quickly with minimal notice. There is no cancelation fee.
πΎ4. Our business Facebook messenger is totally unreliable. Please call or text 717-658-9696, or email [email protected] with inquiries. I have missed messages on Facebook because despite checking daily, they do not always pop up until days later. This is not a reliable form of communication for appointments unfortunately, and that is out of our control.
