One of the benefits to being mobile is that we can offer a solo experience for every pup. This lowers your dog’s risk for infection as there is no direct contact with any unknown dogs, which is the primary way in which this virus is spreading.
That said, we are also asking that if your dog is exhibiting any irregular symptoms (coughing, runny nose, fatigue, etc.), to please let us know so we can reschedule any upcoming appointments for when they are symptom free.
Your pups safety and wellbeing is always our top priority. That’s why, in addition to regular professional cleanings of our mobile salons, our groomers use a veterinary approved disinfectant to sanitize their salon and grooming tools daily and between clients.
Our on-staff Pet Health & Care Coordinator, Jess, is ensuring our entire team is up to date on information regarding this mystery infection, so we can stay vigilant and ahead of any potential transmission!
