Good morning!!
This year things are busier than ever and I am here for it!! However with requests for boarding coming in at me via email, phone and text, etc, I am finding it hard to keep it them all straight, respond to everyone in a timely manner, and not let anything fall through the cracks.
To try and avoid delays and potential errors on my end, I am asking that requests for boarding be submitted using the client portal.
In addition to streamlining the reservation request process, using the client portal allows you to check availability of the dates you are looking for but also view the available times slots for drop-off and pick-up without waiting for me to review the calendar and provide them for you.
π€©I announced earlier that there is now an app version of our client portal which adds a new way to access the portal and make it easier to access. I have pinned that post to the top of my page for easy access.
