I am just a lady that loves ALL animals. I have 10 dogs. 7 out of the 10 are rescues or foster fails. I am making homemade treats with fresh ingredients that your dogs or cats will love. My crew of 10 dogs & 1 cat, are my taste testers that approve or disapprove the receipes. I have several size dog bones & paw prints for treats. Cat treats are very small variety of shapes. San Jacinto County Animal Shelter will be attending the Petco love Mega adoption event at the NRG arena next month!! Come out and show your support or even sign up to volunteer! This is a two day adoption event and a 4 day process for our shelter to set up transport and manage so any help is welcome...

Beef & Sweet Potato Dog Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked ground beef (lean, unseasoned)
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup plain unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with silicone liners.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, mashed sweet potato, eggs, and applesauce. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour and baking powder.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
5. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the muffins to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Storage:
Store the muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
