Paws & Shine family, we wanted to first start off by saying thank you from the bottom of our hearts. When we started this business in May 2024 we had 0 clients. Just a passion for grooming and offering the best service possible for each dog we meet. Without the 300 of you that have trusted us and continue to return to Paws & Shine, it would have never been possible without you. We appreciate every single one of you and love your dogs like family.
We are sad to announce that we are currently navigating an unexpected transition with our physical space due to issues with the facility that are out of our control. I apologize for such a last minute posting of what is going on as I have been in complete shock. We did our best to accommodate as many appointments as we could following up to our last day there. We then spent the next 24 hours with no sleep packing our once dream salon into a storage unit on my birthday.
Unfortunately at this time, all previously scheduled appointments will need to be postponed as we will no longer be located at 18 S Harrison st. I sincerely apologize for any disservice this may cause and we will be compensating those that are already scheduled being primarily affected by the inconvenience of this transition.
We're working behind the scenes to minimize disruption and will contact all impacted clients directly to reschedule. We’re confident that these doors are closing for much bigger doors to open and very soon we will find a location nearby in hopes to have much more to offer. We will continue to keep you updated through this journey. We are not done here Shelbyville. This is just a minor set back for a major glow up.
