SNIP - Spay Neuter Initiative of Piedmont Spay Neuter Initiative of the Piedmont, SNIP, is a high-quality, high-volume, spay-neuter veterinary service provider.

Our main goal and mission is to assist all people and organizations with animals, in hopes of keeping them in homes and out of shelters.
