We love hearing feedback from our integrative service clients! We offer acupuncture and spinal manipulation services to compliment our traditional western medicine.

“We gave the boys Tuesday off after their adjustments and rode last night, I definitely noticed a big improvement in Diesel! His attitude in general seemed better getting him ready and tacking up! I was able to stretch him before we rode (and after), but he didn't give me any trouble or attempt to kick with that left hind at all getting his boots on. He moved really nice under saddle and he gaited the best he has so far!”

Mesotherapy is effective for a multitude of conditions to stop the pain spasm cycle and a treatment for horses with soreness in the neck and/or back. It acts to simulate the mesoderm, the middle layer of the skin. The principle is based on the theory of gait control of pain that originates from the dorsal horn of the spinal cord. Types I and II nerve fibers coming from the skin have collateral fibers that can inhibit the conduction of information from deep structures of the same spinal segment to the brain.

The technique involves the injection of substances to stimulate the mesoderm for various biological purposes. Extremely small needles are used to pe*****te the intradermal layer of the skin, typically 4 to 6 millimeters. The number of treatments depends on the condition and the duration of the condition.
