We know that we have had ya'll spoiled with how quickly we usually get your fur babies in and out, but due to our new groomers still taking their time with your fur babies to allow both the groomer and your fur baby to get comfortable with one another and not just forcing themselves on them and causing your fur babies to get anxious, we are asking that you please be patient with us and PLEASE wait for us to call or send a message before showing up to grab your fur babies.

We do not mind you sitting in the parking lot, but please do not come into the building without a call or text from us that they are ready. When you come into the office and your fur baby is still on the grooming table they become very excited & anxious, which causes it to become very difficult for us to get your fur baby done safely due to all the movement. We understand that you guys are sometimes in a hurry, but please for the safety of your fur babies be patient with us and do not rush.

Here at Kristie's Grooming Services it is our goal to assure your fur babies are in the best hands and are handled with care, so please for their safety wait in your vehicles until notified for pick up. 🩵

Please remember that on the Holidays we are closed or on the weekends, if you need to get ahold of us for an emergency please contact the (405)-358-4253. We do NOT carry the business phone outside of the office and our systems number is the only way to reach us.🐾

We also only reply back to these messages on Sundays as Saturdays we try to keep strictly for our family.🩵

Effective June 2nd, 2025

It is with heavy heart that as of today we will no longer be accepting cats here at Kristie's Grooming Services. We will be finishing out booked appointments, but will no longer rebooking them.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but due to the increase of cliental with dogs we don't have the time space available that it takes to successfully get a cat groomed without stressing it out.

Our goal is to assure we can keep any animal that comes into our business comfortable & do not want to take any chances of overwhelming a cat.

Thank you all for understanding and being the best clients & supporters! We hope you all have a blessed and wonderful Monday!

In honor of Memorial Day coming up on Monday, all next week (May 27th - May 30th) we will be giving all Veterans $5 off of their grooming appointment!❤️

Please inform us at drop off if you are a Veteran so we can apply this to your total!
