Hey everyone! Our phones went down for about 4 hours today. WOW came out and worked on it and the phone seems to be fixed now….. However… (there’s always that one thing right?)

The voicemail can not be accessed at this time and we will have to get that fixed tomorrow. We are sure there are many voicemails that we can’t get to, and we don’t want anyone to think we aren’t returning their calls. If you left a message either shoot me a message here or call us back tomorrow! So sorry for tbe inconvenience!

Hey ladies and gents, this is Shelley. Just wanted to let you all know I will not be at the shop for the next several days. My daughter, Sydney, is having sinus surgery this morning and I will be home caring for her. In all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday's, we didn't stop to give a big Happy Tails welcome to James, the newest groomer to join our team.

James has been grooming for a little over 2 1/2 years and he has definitely worked to polish his grooming skills in such a short amount of time. He specialized in poodles and doodles, but is very capable of handling any and all breeds. If you are interest in learning more about him and his work, please feel free to call and ask to speak with him by name!

We are grateful and thankful for all our wonderful Happy Tails’ families. We want to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving today. We hope you spend it with the people and pets you love-warm, healthy, and well fed.

We will be home enjoying a little time with our loved ones this weekend and will reopen on Monday, 11/29 at 8:00.

The next few weeks will fly by and Christmas will be here before you know it! If you haven’t already called to book your holiday appointment, please do it sooner than later! We have very few open spots available! We will be closed from Christmas Eve ,12/24, and will reopen on Monday, 1/3/22.

Hey everyone, first thank you for all the messages and prayers. Covid has really kicked my butt, but I think I have finally turned the corner thanks to the monoclonal antibody treatment I received on Tuesday. I am still struggling with the coughing and I’m really weak but beginning to feel better. I don’t know my return date back to work. I have a feeling this is going to be a process and I don’t want to overdo it. I appreciate your patience but also understand if you can’t wait on me. Much love to you all! ❤️ Shelley
