It's Jill from Muddy Paws. I am back at work, yay. A little slower pace nowadays. Not sure i'll ever work back up to a 10- 11 hour day again. 6 hours seems to be my max right now before swelling in my leg becomes bothersome. That being said I strongly suggest you make sure you have your next appointments prescheduled or I may not be able to accomdate you and your pet. I have my schedule available thru June 🌞. A few changes.
* I will no longer be grooming cats :(. My ankle injury forced me to use my shoulders alot more while non weight bearing and I have increased issues w/ my shoulders. Cats dont stand like dogs and require more upper body strengh and mobility to groom.
* Not accepting new groom/bath dogs over 50lbs.
* I updated price list goes into effect Feb 1st.

Surgery yesterday went well 👍🏼I am feeling the best I have since Sat night's fall. Thank you for the outpouring of love and support. I am truly blown away and grateful beyond words!
Yes, I will return to grooming in mid December if all goes well.
In a few weeks I will back in to modify my grooming set up to accomate smaller dogs probably under 45lbs. (with a few exceptions)
For most of the larger pups possible Early February.
My schedule may be a lil wonky, I can't drive for a while (I injured my right foot) so I have to rely on a ride and shorter days to prevent swelling. (No more 10-11 hour days lol)

Hi, it's Jill from Muddy Paws. I have bad new, I broke my ankle in 3 places and dislocated it while roller skating w/ my kids last night. Im gonna be out -no weight bearing for at least 7 weeks after surgery this week sometime. Then I may be only able to manage small dogs for a few weeks. I wanted to let you know asap so you can start looking for another groomer if needed. :(
I know this time of year gets really busy. Im so sorry.
I have reached out and cancelled the next 2 weeks so far. So if you are scheduled and haven't gotten a personal text yet, I will soon get in contact with ya.
