Barn Loft Apartment for rent, 2 bed/2 full bath. Located near Promise City, IA. $650/month, $100/month water, 150/month Electric, and $900/deposit. Lawn care, and snow removal included in rent, tenant pays propane. No pets and no smoking. Includes stove, fridge, dishwasher. Washer/dryer hookups. Must fill out application to be considered.
