A new facility has opened on our secluded mountain road, with a sign that reads “Exotic Petting Farm.” This facility IS NOT the one and only Smoky Mountain Deer Farm and Exotic Petting Zoo. We have proudly been a staple of our community for over 36 years, and we are located 1 more mile up the road past their facility.

We are excited to introduce our new flock to you! These 9 baby ostriches are as cute as they can be, and they are having a blast in their large pen, flapping and running and playing all day. It’s hard to believe that these little sweeties will be 7 to 8 ft tall soon! Right now, they are being fed a specialized diet (so no hand feeding from guests yet) and they are being socialized by our owner, Mr. Greg, and our zookeepers. They are on display for our guests now, and we can’t wait for you to meet them!

Hello friends! Reservations are now required at our horseback riding stables due to a heavy increase in traffic. We currently cannot accommodate walk-in riders. Please call 865-429-2276 after 10 am to check availability, as we do not make reservations online or via private message. Reservations are NOT required for our petting zoo or pony rides. We are excited to introduce our first baby of the new year! This little gal is a miniature Sicilian donkey. Our zookeepers are already getting her comfortable with human touch (while mama keeps a watchful eye) and she's such a gentle girl. We can't wait for you to meet her!
