The greatly anticipated move of the year is finally upon us! Mutt and Joe is moving from its decade and a half home at 543 Benfield Rd to its new home and new look over at The Station!

Since Thursday November 6th, our new address has been 44 W Earleigh Heights Rd right next to the B & A trail ranger station. Other landmarks include the Yoga Barn and Taphouse just down the block.

With our move, we got a new name and look! We will be going by Chesapeake Pet Grooming and will be operating out of a trailer. Since the trailer is significantly smaller than our previous location, we will permanently be operating as curbside check in. We know that you are just as excited for the holidays as we are, so now is a great opportunity to book your next appointment. We even opened our books for extended hours to include the Sunday and Monday before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Appointments book up quickly so don't drag your paws and give us a howl to claim your spot now!

We have greatly appreciated everyone's patience during this transition and all of the delays that we have had. We are very excited for what the next 10 years of business brings us and we can't wait to show you our new trailer!

As many of you have probably been hearing, there are some very big changes coming to our future.

Due to increased overhead costs, I have decided to downsize from our current brick and mortar location we have loved over the last 15 years, to a trailer that will be parked on W Earleigh Heights, next to the Yoga Barn. With this change means that I will be downsizing from a staff of seven to just myself and one other groomer.

All of us groomers are going to continue grooming and bathing, but since we won't be able to fit everyone in the trailer, Kaitlyn and Rae will be moving on and doing mobile grooming under their own business names! I could not be more excited for them on their new adventure as entrepreneurs. I know many of you love them as much as I do, and as such, I will make sure that the website is updated with their contact information as soon as they have it finalized. If anyone ever has any questions as to who their regular groomer is, I will be more than happy to let you know.

Finally, with all of these current changes, as well as our past ones of closing our cafe, I have decided that Mutt and Joe will be doing business as Chesapeake Pet Grooming once we move over into the trailer.

Thank you all for supporting us for these last 15 years, and I hope to continue to serve Severna Park and the surrounding areas well into the future.
