This is the move I do on horses that absolutely stresses their owners out 🤣 but the horses who let it happen fall in love with me over it! Yes, I’m the crazy lady who wiggles her fingers right into and under your horses upper lip (even when I don’t know the horse) and let them press on my hand with as much pressure as they’d like… but why??

The simple answer… there is an acupressure point (GV-26) located there and it also allows them to release their jaw, tongue and so on. There are tons of benefits to it!!

My mare in the second picture all but puts my hand in her mouth to press it for her 🤣 Your horse will thank you too! Ace here hates absolutely anything in his mouth, especially fingers, but look at him 🥰

Well if it isn’t one thing it’s another! Another month of no massages. Hopefully after this I’ll be all healed and ready to go just in time for spring shows to start up 🙌🏻🤞🏻

I’m recovering well from my surgery and impatiently waiting till I can get back to doing massages again! In the meantime I’m doing some red light therapy on myself to hopefully speed up my recovery time 🥰🤞🏻

Fairly short notice but I will be out of commission for quite a while starting Nov 11th as I’m scheduled for a major surgery. I likely won’t be massaging for at least 8 weeks or more.
I’ve got limited availability up until then but if your horses need done please don’t hesitate to get ahold of me prior to the 10th! ❤️

I’m so thankful I’m able to help horses like I can, it truly makes my heart happy 🥰

This week I even red light padded a person as well. The horses can’t speak but the human was blown away by how much better she felt after using this pad! Just remember that sometimes it’s worth using a more natural approach, rather than filling yourself (or your animals) full of pain relieving medications if you can avoid it!

I can usually tell immediately when the pad turns off because the horses go from a zen state to looking around. If you want the pad added to your horses next massage just ask! I can always bring it along for you to enjoy as well while I massage your horse. I only charge $10 for up to 30 mins of use ❤️

This mare went from antsy/prancy to chill and licking her lips and cocking her hip after a rub down and then 15 mins with the pad.

PSA for my Guernsey County 4-H kids! If you bring me proof that you participated in skill-a-thon this coming Monday I will give you a one time deal of $10 off a massage between Aug 6th and Sept 14th! All you have to do is show up and participate! Bonus, if you can correctly answer a random equine question during the massage I will give you another $5 off! Hint: gather some knowledge of the equine muscles!!
