Just going to leave this right here….
It’s been a ridiculously hard week.
I won’t go in to details, but it will feel really really good to not have to be on call for the emergency clinic tonight.
Susie is headed to her new foster home to start her healing journey. Her journey got a whole lot longer with us because of this mishap, but no matter how long it takes she has a medical team right beside her for every hurdle. Tomorrow she’ll go get another bandage change, and she’ll be checking in daily for those for a bit and hopefully get to spread them out a little.
I can’t thank everyone enough for the love and support and donations we have received for Susie.
She truly is the definition of a Lucky Pup.
The day this girl finally FINALLY gets adopted will be one for the books. Our little girl with 9 lives, our little fighter.

Did you know that you can become a dog groomer without any experience? Legally, certification is not required to groom dogs. Remember this when choosing a groomer. At Paws-itively Great, I am a Certified Professional Groomer with AKC Curly Coat, AKC SAFE, and CPR certifications, and I have five years of grooming experience and over ten years of experience working with animals.
