Spay Neuter Your Pet - SNYP Low cost spay/neuter program sponsored by Precious Paws Animal Rescue in Franklin, PA. We do not offer dental, declaws, or other procedures.

SNYP provides low cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats at a rate of $65 per cat, which includes state mandated Rabies vaccination, pre-surgical exam and spay/neuter surgery. We are NOT a substitute for regular veterinary care and offer only spay/neuter and vaccinations (given only at the time of surgery). Our focus is on SPAY/NEUTER and we concentrate on animals that might not otherwise be fixed or receive vet care.
