Oktoberfest is a wonderful fall celebration of Walhalla's German heritage with something fun for everyone! Each year, thousands of people come to Walhalla to experience Oktoberfest!

Judy Bearden is moving to be near her family. She has been a devoted square and round dancer and loyal member of the Thunderbirds for many years. Her square dance wedding to Robert remains a cherished memory for many. We wish her continued happiness and will miss her presence!

Friday's fairytale night dance was a success as Mike kept us on our toes. Many individuals were missed due to wrapping up last-minute vacations, but it was still a fun night with plenty of laughter, refreshments, and entertainment. Can't wait to see you all at our next dance on Friday, September 12 – Regular Dance with Tony Simmons calling and Tom Bunn cueing.
